TESTIMONIALS FROM THE NAJ SUMMIT WEST 2008 COMMENTS FROM SUPPLIERS : Jake,
My experience was beyond anything I expected! Attendees are able to get more business done because the appointments are longer and are all high quality. I met most of the operators I set out to meet. The education sessions were wonderful and I learned more about the industry than I thought I could.
Thanks to you and your staff for making this years NAJ Summit another success. I wouldn’t change a thing. I wish other Seminars and Trade Events were as well run and with the ROI we received from this one.
This was my first attendance and I found it to be very valuable…good timing to open the discussions for 2007. I like the appointment format and just one day of appointments. Your presentations on trends, etc. was very comprehensive and valuable. I plan to participate next year.
I had a chance to visit with many of my clients, prior to PowWow and also meet new contacts. I appreciate the educational part of the Summit and would like to have the power point presentations emailed to me – your panelists gave us valuable information which I would like to share with some of my staff. Keep up the good vibes!
We were able to meet every operator in the room that did east coast business--about 18 of them. Last year we initiated a great deal of new business from this event and we're looking forward to the New York event.
I booked a piece of business before I even got back to my office. Thanks for holding the Summit.
First I would like to thank you for hosting NAJ. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I came away with a wealth of knowledge, new business relationships, and reestablishment of old business relationships. I look forward to possibly attending the summit in New York in June. Best Regards, Angela Rogers, Hotel Carmel COMMENTS FROM DESTINATIONS:
I was able to get an appointment with almost anyone there.
The NAJ Summit was an easy and cost-efficient way to meet receptive operators that handle the Texas product.
This was my first time attending. I learned from the seminars on Monday and I especially liked to smaller intimate setting. Every operator I met with had definite needs that I can accommodate and/or for which I can develop product. I expect new business from the NAJ Summit. Meeting & exchanging ideas from other suppliers was helpful as well.
This was my very first NAJ Summit and the meetings were very well-organized, seminars offered so much insight, and the marketplace appointments were surprisingly valuable. I look forward to working with NAJ again.
I enjoy the opportunity to meet with West Coast tour operators and like the less formal atmosphere where it is easy to meet, visit and do business in a short amount of time out of our busy schedules… Nancy Klinski , Anchorage Convention & Visitors Bureau
I thought the Summit was good – had some very good operators for our area. The timing of this show is great as it provides an opportunity to see what is being offered in the coming year. We had about 5 operators that would be new for us who are considering including us in future programs but much too soon to say if that will materialize. COMMENTS FROM TOUR OPERATORS: Thank you and appreciate the invitation to your summit. We were able to gather additional information for the Group Bookings as well as the FIT program with the different suppliers we have met. These suppliers and Destination companies will now serve as our main contacts for any future inquiries from Japan.
Thank you so much for the update. I forwarded the information within our company. Congratulation for a great event yesterday!
This was a great way for me to meet so many new suppliers in one place. I’m interested in attending your New York show, too. Let me know when you have a list of suppliers. Deleyse Langdale, Operations director, Virgin Holidays.
This is THE best event for me to find new products from people I don’t have the time to meet with at Pow Wow.
This was a great meeting for us as we were able to meet with new hotel chains such as Ramada and Starwood and to meet representatives from states like Wyoming and Idaho for new programs.
