Delegate fee includes: Two days of sessions, conference handbook, one-on-one marketplace meetings, meal and evening functions.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations received on or before 1/02/09 are refundable, however a cancellation fee of $50 will be deducted for those paying by check and $75 for those paying by credit card. Cancellations after 1/02/09 are non-refundable.
